Frequently Asked Questions
All our huts are plug and play, meaning all services can be quickly connected, so you will need to provide mains water supply, 240 V, electrical supply and waste disposal into main drain or sewage tank.
Full however concrete foundation is not always necessary, and we will discuss the most appropriate base for the site. However, we always recommend a solid surface to site your hut(s), as some of the larger huts can weigh approximately 3 tons. Please call our office to discuss.
The Quantity and size of Hut determines the site footprint. Access to your site needs to be a consideration.
No it’s delivered fully assembled. Prior to delivery we will discuss access for delivery and means of offload, so the installation process is speedily completed.
Planning permission for huts can sometimes be classed as permitted development, and planning permission may not always be necessary. However, we always recommend that you seek advice from your local planning authority, particularly as there are differing criteria that might apply if for example you are in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or a Conservation Area.
We offer a 10-year structural integrity warranty. This excludes storm or malicious damage
The delivery date will depend on the time of year and how our order book is at that time Usually pods can be delivered to your site between 8-12 weeks from the date of the order.
We provide installation outlets for services, ready for buyer to arrange connections as per their installations services.

Payment
Terms
We apply staged payments terms. The first payment of £1,000 per pod secures the build slot in our construction diary. The second payment of 50% is due 4 weeks before construction starts. (This balance takes into consideration the £1,000 per pod from the 1st stage payment). The third and final payment of 50% is due before delivery.
